Ernst Koslitsch presents his Yellow Universe to the public. He creates his imaginative world using yellow Doka panels that he finds on construction sites.

Various figurative creatures form their own cosmos, an extensive family tree that reflects the peculiarities of diverse beings - beings who live on an island in the middle of nowhere and are probably long since colonized by now.

In this way, his works almost resemble sacred altars. Holy Stick, one of the exhibited pieces, even incorporates the idea of holiness in its title - an untouchable, fragile, small universe in the sacred color of yellow.

The artwork Hashtag forever brings us into the present - into the era of social media. Specifically, to Instagram. Small snippets from our worlds are shown: whether fantasy or reality, usually no one questions it.
